Bobby is the owner and manager of Olympic Cuisine Bar and Grill and he is on hand to make sure your dining experience is fantastic! Quite simply he was born to be a restaurateur and he lives for his job, paying exceptional detail to quality and service.
He has also trained as a Sommelier and is extremely knowledgeable about wines, he will be happy to recommend a wine that will perfectly complement your meal. Bobby is an approachable, friendly guy so if you have any questions or comments feel free to ask him. Bobby also ensures that his staff are attentive, efficient and friendly so ask them what they recommend if you cannot choose from our menu or if you have any special requirements.
